Fixed a compatibility issue with the font survey applet to provide support for the Google Chrome browser, with routine survey results update. Produced new Servlet threads FAQ ebook and Java threads FAQ ebook.

Expanded the range of fonts included in the Mac font survey and Linux font survey, including many non-Latin fonts. Produced Amazon Kindle ebooks editions of the Code Style FAQ ebooks series to date.

Added a percentage preview to font stack builder font selections and more non-Latin fonts to the CSS font survey. Refactored the font sampler to support cross-links to the font stack builder with generic font families. Further production and web server configuration changes for ebooks.

New styles for call to action links, new CSS font survey fonts, and ebook production set-up. Updated the font stack builder to enable font stacks to be pasted in. Also created a Lighttpd and Lua redirection script for FAQs by ID with Quartz scheduled task to post to Twitter. Minified site Javascript with YUI Compressor.
