FAQ and CSS glossary update, 16th January 2010

FAQ update with new CSS glossary terms, CSS font-family glossary definition for the em. Added help request links to all glossary items using the same format as FAQs and set the glossary definition lists with a FAQ class for identical styling.

Font survey update, 9th January 2010

Updated the font survey and browser user agent references for all submissions. Converted the existing font survey applet notes to a server side include in a Footnote class paragraph and moved beneath the applet.

Updated the working draft W3C CSS validator installation article with a new call to action and thumbnail banner image. Added a new user friendly redirect for the recently updated Site statistics page and CSS validator article.

Site statistics 2009, 2nd January 2010

Updated site statistics for 2009. Created multiple server side includes for summary results tables and lists to support a retrospective format for previous years' statistics.

Removed remaining mentions of abandoned FAQ by email service.
